Inspection:
Whether you have an existing leak or you just want to have the peace of mind
that your roof is still in good condition, The Restoration Lady will put
together a full report to help you make the best decisions for your property.
When inspecting your roof, we look at over 20 key points. Some of these
include the age and condition of the shingle, whether there is any storm
damage, and the condition of all flashing components. Here in Central Ohio,
we are typically looking for hail and wind damage. And unless you have been
specifically trained, you may not know what to look for. Fortunately, The
Restoration Lady consists of trained professionals who know what to look for
and how to create a complete and comprehensive damage report to discuss
with your insurance carrier.

Adjustment:
This is the time that The Restoration Lady will meet with your insurance
adjuster to discuss the damage to your property. We will use our damage
report to ensure that no item is overlooked. We will also provide estimates
to the insurance company using the same software that they use. This helps
prevent any disputes over pricing and helps us restore your property quickly
and efficiently.

Material Selection:
Here is the fun part! Now that your claim has been approved, we will provide
you with everything in writing and answer any questions that you may have.
We will go over a selection of material samples to choose from. At this time,
you will pick the manufacturer and color of your materials. Next, we will
work with you to find a date to have your work completed. (Most roofs can be
completed in just one day!)

Construction Day:
Your new products will be installed with the best workmanship possible; they
will also meet all of the manufacturer’s installation instructions, along
with the local building code requirements. All projects are managed and
monitored by a member of The Restoration Lady team to ensure that all
materials are installed according to our strict standards. Your Rep will be
on site during construction, will maintain constant contact with you
throughout the project, and is happy to immediately address any of your
questions or concerns.
